INTERNET SALES POLICY

Our promise is to provide you with a worry free and safe online fine art shopping experience.

If you are considering the acquisition pieces trough our online sales service, the following list of policies will aid you in making a confident purchasing decision:

1. We will quote you our current best prices and promotions, if applicable, only the request price or via telephone. You quote will be valid for 15 calendar days.

2. We sell all art work without frames unless otherwise requested or specified on the site.

3. We will professionally package all sold artworks, and we will ship via UPS, FED EX or DHL everywhere in the world. There will be an extra charge for packaging and shipping according to the destination.

4. We will insure all shipments through our gallery insurance policy, for the full amount of your acquisition, until the artworks are delivered to you. Transit insurance is included in the sales price.

5. We will provide you with a Certificate of Authenticity from the gallery. There will be no extra charge for the Certificate of Authenticity.

6. We will provide you with a copy of our Department of the Treasury, Federal US Government, License to import import/export and trade in Cuban Art in the United States of America. There will be no extra charge for this document.

7. We will accept full payment of acquired artworks via credit cards though Paypal, you can also send us a cashier’s check or bank wire transfers, prior to shipping the order. There will be no extra charge for the selected form of payments.

8. All sales are final.
